yup, if i had money to **** away thats exactly what i would do. the best way to go about getting cpo is going up close to palm beach, were old rich fvckers, who arent gonna rag on the cars, trade them in

had a buddy get an e92 m3 w/ 6k miles for 50k from up there, and it was mint, looked like it had barely been driven, let alone beaten on

Yea always go to the rich old neighborhoods n buy from dealers there. Its the best chance at buying a ride that hasn't been beaten on.
If I was OP i'd straight up just get my money back on the car or try to get a new one. Make up some excuse that you don't feel safe driving it or sumthin.
