I was referring to the 9500xi not the Cobra by the way. Nevertheless i would avoid the Cobra. Good luck with your purchase.

 

Never owned a V1 but have read a lot of great "consumer" reviews. Owned 9500IX little under a year no complaints. Red light cameras is a plus especially for S. Florida. Notice monthly updates are coming in due to all red light cameras going up.
