Hello to the Southern California G35 community! We've all been looking forward to a big G35 BBQ on Saturday, April 21st in Anaheim. Many of us were bummed to hear that the original BBQ had been cancelled. Well, I'm here to announce that some of us were able to resurrect the event. So, put the date back up on your calendars! The new BBQ will be on the same date at the same location at the same time (see banner above).

There will be plenty of food, prize giveaways, a beautiful model, and about 100 or so G35's. So come on out and get your grub on while enjoying the company of dozens of fellow G enthusiasts.

This event is not affiliated with or organized by any website or company. This event is being organized by a small group of G owners including myself. We are asking attendees to contribute a donation of $15 per person to help cover the cost of food, beverage, supplies, and space rental. Yes, you heard it right. Only $15 per person!!! Attendees who have submitted donations will be given a hand stamp allowing them to eat. We also need all attendees to confirm attendance by signing up for the BBQ. After the original BBQ was cancelled some people have made other plans so we need to know how many are coming to this new BBQ (include any additional guests you are planning on bringing). The park also charges a $5 entrance fee per vehicle (no in-and-out privileges).

The BBQ starts at 12 noon. Arrive early for better parking. There are two lots adjacent to the pavilion and each holds approximately 70 cars. Caravans are planned from Los Angeles (Torrance area) and San Diego for the event (search Southern California regional forum for details).

Now for the obligatory fine print:
Please do not do anything dumb to jeopardize the event. This means NO REVVING. NO RACING ON NEARBY STREETS. NO BLASTING LOUD SOUND SYSTEMS IN LOCAL NEIGHBORHOODS. NO ALCOHOL. NO DRUGS. NO ATTITUDES (leave the drama at home). I say this because, inevitably, someone is going to think it's cool to show off how loud their new test pipes are or practice their drifting on the freeway offramp or get wasted in their car in the parking lot of the park. We don't need any unecessary attention. I'm sure 100 beautiful G's all parked together are going to generate enough attention on their own. Anyone caught violating these rules will be asked to leave the event without a refund. So, thanks in advance for your cooperation.
