So is anyone going to this weekends street legal drags at Cali Speedway??

 

Not with the heat we got last time . Believe it or not, it was so damn hot (104F), that my best time was about the same I get in LACR about a month ago.

California Speedway is only worth it in cool weather; im sure I'll be going on the October/December Street Legals

besides, I don't think I would of gone cuz of the heat anywho...

 

Yeah, I'll definitely be going in Oct and Dec too. I am kinda tempted to go this Saturday but I know it will be a waste of time because of the heat.

 

you can always go just to get a few practice runs but man, you better get there early lol

 

Nah, I have my tires but don't have my HFC's or clutch yet. I'm not gonna run again until I get those.

 

too damn hot!!! $20, 3 runs, sweat your *** off, car does crappy becasue of heat... nope - not going.

and to top it off, if you don't put on a hat, the top of your head is gonna get a nice tan! lol
