Otherwise - did Shawn road tune you after dyno? It's normally not as big an issue with MT because he get in lower rmps for you on dyno - but every time I retune, he goes out with me for the low end stuff and after a couple of tweaks he nails it.
I'll try the race gas as soon as I can find a local station around here. My car was tuned a few weeks ago with the same gas I had in the car during the dyno day and a seperate race gas map with 103 octane (~70% 103 octane and 30% 91 pump going by how much I had in the tank left after the first pump gas map).

Thanks

try any local hot rod shop - they usually carry 5 gal cans of race gas... in Torrance I use Hot Rod performance... there is a place in HB too but they only had 101 when I went last... I know those are both far form you - but in case you are in the area.

It’s a bit pricey - but at least to see if the problem persists... if it doesn’t, it could be the pump gas.

Also, ask Shawn if he downloaded the new ETC (electronic throttle control) for you - I'm not sure how much of an issue its been with MTs, but I presume it would be no different than AT since we use the same drive by wire throttle... it made a notable difference on my car and Derek’s.

Good to see u again Mike.
This was my first time dragging this car and one thing i found out about this car is that launching it is a piece of cake. my first run i got 2.10 60ft time and my second one was 2.04. If Mike can manage to do this, his car is as fast as the stock 335, if not faster if the race is set up in see level.
