New shoes for my sedan

I finally got around to replacing my lousy brakes. Here are my new Wilwood brakes in the new 18lb 5Zigen 17X8 wheels.

More of the new brakes and wheels. The Wilwood BBK weighs 10 pounds less than the crappy stock brakes, so that is 5 pounds per corner weight savings. The 5Zigen wheels weigh 18 pounds, 5 pounds less than the 23 pound stock six spoke wheels. That is 10 pounds of unsprung weight my sedan has shaved off each front corner. She handles really great. The ultra-light wheels really make a big difference in the way my sedan accelerates.

Cool, you got new shoes and socks. I only have shoes, I can't afford socks right now.

My rear brake upgrade is waiting for it's install. I have new Stillen slotted rear sport rotors and metal matrix pads waiting to be installed along with StopTech rear SS braided brake lines. When the rear is done, I'm ready to play!
