This saddens me and is also the reason I have a concealed carry license.

A liscense to carry, wouldn't have done any good in this case. Carrying on school property is a felony, in Virginia. Most states do not allow Concealed carry on scool grounds. I currently have my CCW in NC.

it sucks to see that the lives of many young people were taken. All of them innocent and in school only trying to better their lives, then some dumb a$$ comes and takes it all away.

Speaking of concealed carry, any good places in Houston for lessons? I have never handled firearms, so noob-friendly would be nice.

Concealed carry coarses are designed for people who have never so much as seen a handgun. They also usually supply rental pistols if needed.

So do you keep the gun in your car most of the time or on your person. Where would you keep it in a G?

Depends on time of year and where I am going/ Doing. I prefer not to leave a gun in the car just in case some one breaks in. In the cooler months I carry my H&K P2000 (.357 sig), on my person either in a shoulder holster, or paddle holster on my hip. In the cooler months it is easier to cover with a jacket or heavy shirt. During the warmer months, I carry a Kel-Tek .380, either in an ankle or pocket holster. If I am going to visit a customer, or go some where I can not carry, iI will leave the .380in the upper glove box. I had a gun/ fire safe bolted to the floor inside the console of my F150, so I had no worries about leaving a gun in the truck. I haven't come up with a good way to mount the safe in the trunk of the G yet.
