I've been hit!

Oh man!!!! So I'm sitting at a stop light in traffic.... I see this flash of white enter my rearview mirror and know I'm gonna get it. This guy is flying down the road not even looking in front of him. Smashes into the rear end of my PARKED G35 Sedan, fresh out of the body shop from the last ASSH0LE who hit and ran my G two months ago. Sob.... Look at my baby!) Notice the assult vehicle has almost NO damage, just some of my Twilight Blue paint to help him remember me.

Some other POS hit and ran my car just before hurricane Rita brushed by us.... The rear bumper cover is brand new.... I had to pay $250 for the uninsured motorist insurance. POS! Check out my HKS exhaust... scrapes and scratches on the Stainless Steel tips! I'm thinkin' they should give me a new HKS muffler? At least the guy has insurance this time.. The guy is a senior in High School... He gets out of the car begging me to not turn the accident into the insurance compaies because "My dad will pay for everything. He dosn't want my rates to increase to more than they already are!" Sob Sob, Daddy will take care of everything...... Well.. I'm a Dad also and if my kid screws up this bad, she is really gonna pay for it. hehe

Hey Cato, I am really sorry for you. Your car's rear bumper has had a really unlucky year hasn't it.

Yeah it has John...... It looks like the trunk is not damaged enough to repaint the screw up that occured on the BlueBonnet run.... I had the dent pulled by the paintless dent guy, but the paint is still messed up on the trunk where I backed into that mail box.... grrrrrrr

damn cato, sorry hear about this. watched someone back into the front of my G also, wanted to strangle the guy but i'm sure yours is a worse feeling since you just got it back from a similar incident. I'd nail his insurance for everything, bumper, proper body repair, not a single spot of bondo, and the new exhaust

I get the exaust looked at up the line too. If it took much of a hit, it could possibly have broken some attachment points or worse yet bent/cracked the header.

Well....State Farm is treating me pretty good! I'm driving a brand new Infiniti M35, not loaded, but pretty nice! I huge step above my lil' old G35 Sedan. I took my car to Malone's Paint and Body. They have done me right for over 20 years. I'm told the HKS muffler will be replaced! I might even get the entire trunk painted. So I'm good while the G35 gets repaired. I'm told the G35 repairs should be done sometime this week...
