Angry 1st Scratch WHAA!!!!!!

Well, Guess who called my cell phone causing me to hit a pole in my covered parking spot, a person with Consumers Affairs Specialist with Nissan/Infiniti. She felt bad when she heard my saying I hit that freaking pole. That scratch is about two inches long. I will have to see if the Car Masseuse can get most of it out on Friday.

So much for having a cool car really like and it’s only for 4 months and one day old. I guess I will have to see it tomorrow when the sun it out so I can look at it closely.

Ouch, that sucks. It didn't take me long to put a scratch on my new G35 shortly after I got it. It still bugs me everytime I wash the car and see it.

Well, I went by Meszaros this afternoon. It will cost me $293.32 to have the front bumper pulled off the car. They will repaint it all. I advised them I will put some more miles on the car and let it get worse. I will also wax it and see what it will do.

Friday afternoon, it goes for its car wash. They will try and hide some of the marks. Also, I will not be taking my sedan to the car show

You might consider getting some touchup paint until you consider getting a new bumber. Touchup paint "might" look less annyoing then that scratch.

Steve,

That does not look nearly as bad as my bumber after 75,000 miles! Just live with it until it is time to return the lease, then they will make you paint it on your dollar. If you paint it now, you will end up painting it at least once more. Save yourself the money and live with it. Sorry, but sometimes life hands you a **** sandwich....

I am going to leave the car as is for a while. I will go back to West Houston and look at some touch-ups. It still sucks having those scratches.
