Best Atlanta dealership?

Hey everyone... I was going to be up in Atlanta on Thursday and I was wondering what the best dealership in Atlanta was. I need to get a recall fixed on my fuel tank, and I need to get them to try and fix my 3rd gear grind problem. I usually go to the one in Augusta (which is awesome, everyone is super nice and gets the job done). But that is out of my way. Please let me know asap!! I have heard good things and bad things about all of them, but I just wanted to summarize everyone's opinion here!

I got my tranny replaced at Gwinnett Infiniti. They had my car for a 2 weeks, but my loaner only cost me $8. They did a good job from what I can tell, but my tranny is starting to grind again. I'll be taking it back soon.

From my experience it comes down to how they feel that day. cause I have been places an them be understanding and great and go back on a different occasion and get a complete A hole. Who wants to blame everything on mods.

Obviously it depends on your relationship with the Service Manager [if he's dating your sister or not]. How many dozen fresh doughnuts you brought, the envelope discretely slipped to him...............etc. Usually just how polite and likeable you are.

Troncalli Infiniti has been good to me, although I bought at Roswell Infiniti. I think either is good choice. I wasn't impressed with Nalley Infiniti. They were a joke.

Personally...Infiniti of Gwinnett is the only one I trust. I've heard bad things about Nalley (they worked on one of my friend's cars and they were not nice to him, he even works for a Nissan dealership--DUH). I know all the service guys up at Gwinnett. Just be kind and they will be kind in return. Ask for Harvey or Bryce.

Yea Nalley suxs, they pissed me off when I tried to get my G from there. I dont understand how U can walk in there w/ 15g's and say find me this but they spend all their time trying to sell you something U dont want...just order the *****!!!

Ok I'm done ranting but yea I havent heard too many things from them. I bought my car from Infiniti of South ATL and the service was great, havent gotta any work done yet but my first oil change is coming up soon tho. I dont know about all the other shops, just heard a lot of bad things about Nally though. Hope this helps!!!

I bought mine also at infiniti of south atlanta. Great service. Got my rear spoiler, front chin spoiler, and splash guards installed there. Very easy and friendly to deal with. Ask for Fekado if you need any servicing done.

I have to complicate things I suppose. I have done business with Nalley and have had nothing but great luck. I purchased the car there and had the deal already worked out before I even walked in. They had the two different colors I was looking at already lined up for me even. The deal went smoothly but there was a slow down after *they* found a small scrape in one wheel. As they were taking the time to replace this, they provided my wife and me with a wonderful lunch. I also got to meet the service team during this time.

As far as service goes, they have gone beyond with my ridiculous demands. They have always given me the benefit of the doubt even when I complained about somewhat petty little things. I have always gone through Rich based on my salesman's suggestion. Rich has always worked me in when I needed something done. One of the tech's on his team, John, has always taken care of my car. He is a REAL car guy and puts up with me, so I have no complaints.

The only other dealership that I dealt with was Infiniti of Gwinett. My contact was an older lady who seemed to feel that she was above selling me a car. I hav eno problem with that and thus I did not bother her by buying the car from her.

Similarly, I purchased a DTS from Capital Cadillac this past week. The first saleswoman I dealt with treated me like crap. She said things to me that I just could not believe. Luckily for them, their sales manager intercepted me as I was leaving and we were able to close the deal.

I do not question anyone who says they have had bad experiences with any dealership. Every place has the good and the bad. If you deal with the right people, I think you can have a good experience anywhere. However, back to your original question...if you deal with Nally, I am sure that Rich can take care of you in service. As far as sales, the gentleman that I bought my car from is now selling Harleys and thus can't help you. I have not been too impressed with anyone else I have met on their sales force.

I will now end my long winded response.

-GT

I also have had good experiences with Nalley. I didn't buy my car from there but, Rich really takes care of you I am having my clock and a my cubby hole replaced on my dash under warranty. They were messed up when I bought the car. But they are replacing it since it was no fault of mine. I guess my suggestion is to deal with Rich and things well go good. Can't speak for the other people, I never dealt with anyone else.

Let's face it, in Atlanta, proximity plays a part...that being said, I am closer to Nalley than Roswell Infiniti, but take it to Roswell because they have been great to me. Ask for Jamie Miller, he has been very helpfull with my window creaks, replacing my 6MT transmission (only took 2 days), and the pinging (not fixed yet, though).

I have had excellent experiences at Roswell Infiniti. Nothing bad to say about them.
