hey all, there is a bucaneers region solo II autocross at whitehouse field on sunday morning.

I am planning to go, anyone else in? maybe we could just make our meet out there as well.. do a picnic, race around etc.

its a slower speed course upto like 40-50 mph and around pylons, testing out handling and timed runs etc, not like race course lapping or anything.

read the tech section , it says its pretty specific no loose items...even like floormats allowed while racing,

what you all think

or we can meet up before for breakfast at cracker barrell or such and go together although its pretty early

here is the details, looks like we should be there about 8:15 since we have to go through the tech inspection.


Course Set Up: - 7:00 am
Registration: 8:00 am to 9:15 am
Tech Inspection: 8:00 am to 9:30 am
Driver's Meeting: 9:30 am
First Car Off: 9:45 am

Entry Fee: SCCA Members - $20.00 Nonmembers: - $25.00

Due to the popularity of these events and in order for them to run smoothly, we won't be able to accept entries after 9:30am. So please be considerate of others and register on time. Anyone wanting to register after 9:30am will be charged a late fee.

I just realized that the autox is sunday so I won't be able to make it. I thought it was saturday for some reason. I might stop by later on to watch but my morning is already committed. Have fun guys.

I went to the show last weekend. There was quite a few cars there. There were 4 or 5 350s there. I wanted to autox but can't Sunday.

me and the family unit are going to check the scene out. Won't make it for the premeeting but should be there before first car goes off.
