anyways, if i can just get maybe 7 others to throw in $10 then not only would we have at least 8 Gs/families at the event but no one would have to shell out $80 on their own.
They dont have to be from Orlando but since I am in orlando and I know the guys here seem to be excited about the family event, I thought it might be easiest, but i didnt mean to volunteer any of u (or leave any out) for paying the upfront money.

I can PM my address to the first 7 who are willing and then i put the $80 on my C/C.

Also, since no date is set yet, is July 17th, so Daniel and any of the other students can make it, ok???
And yes Dennis, tomorrow 1700...i would like u guys' input so the date, time, and everything can be finalized and reserved so the signup list can be started...again...

btw...those sending me $10 will get some back on the day of the event. I will charge a set amount based on the number of Gs..
if 20 Gs show up then its $4 per G (not person) and everyone who paid $10 upfront will get $6 back.

as for the time...getting there noon or later and u may not be allowed in the park...im thinking 9-10am..obviously show up when u can but the park ranger said they dont normally start closing until right about noon on Saturdays

Not to sound negative or throw in a bad vibe into the thread but looks like we might be here till the end of the year. I will commit once we have the date, place and time set in stone. Till then, I will constantly keep checking the thread. :-)

Here's the deal. The date is definitely going to be set as of today. I will personally donate the $80 on my credit card just to give some DAMN SANITY to this thread. I trust that if the event is a bust, someone will feel sorry for me and give me a couple of bucks. SO HERE IS THE DEAL. dabomb is going to be getting a call from me at 10am (in about 2 hours and 20 min.). He is going to give me the phone number to WEKIVA SPRINGS and I will reserve TWO "AREAS". The date will be CAST IN STONE as soon as I confirm the reservation with my Credit Card.

THEN I WILL HAVE DABOMB START A NEW THREAD WITH ALL OF THE DETAILS AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE SO THAT EVERYONE WILL BE ABLE TO GET ALL OF THE INFO W/O HAVING TO SEARCH THROUGH 1,000,000 POSTS.
