Throttle Response Problem

Have a 2007 G35...drives great..only problem I've noticed is intermittent, but when the engine is warm, and only notice in stop and go traffic..not at speeds over 20mph..but, normally u can come to a stop or slow stop (like coasting or foot off gas pedal, then ready to accelerate and it's like a dead zone (no nothing, it's like you haven't tried to take off) and then you say, ok, I'll slowly try to give it a little pedal so I can move forward(knowing all along that it is about to give me whiplash when it does decide to move forward....very intermittently and noticed happening like coasting right out of a parking lot without a complete stop and trying to accelerate to get on main road and the delay happens..and I'm like ok, start moving forward so I can avoid the oncoming traffic..and if you panic and start depressing for more gas it will jerk on you..seems like it may also be related when it's at the point between 2 gears when it could be on the border of 1st and 2nd gear and just can't decide which gear it should be in so it hesitates...Had an oil change several days ago and have mentioned it to the dealership several times and they adjusted it once, but still happens..they said in 2 weeks something new is coming out addressing a 'throttle response' problem..hope it's the problem I've been having that it will be addressing...anyone else experiece this issue ?

I experience that with the loaner cars I had when the '07's were just out. That's one of the major drawbacks I saw and thought to myself "there's no way I'm buying a car with touchy pedal like this". It seemed to only have two settings when leaving a dead stop: off and zombie-evasion. I think there was a TSB that was to reprogram the ECM/PCM and the next few times I got a loaner, it was very gentle and controlled acceleration. Do you know if they programmed it or what they "adjusted"?
