Charlotte, NC area

I'm wondering if anyone that lives around me has a good mechanic to go to? I hate taking my car to new places and just HOPING/PRAYING that they are qualified to work on a g35. Not like this is some super exotic car but I know a lot of places aren't very knowledgeable about a lot of cars. Thanks in advance!

Hey, I'm in Statesville. I've only had my G coupe for about a year but had to bring it in for an oil smell and a intermittent coolant smell. I brought it to Lake Norman Infinity in Cornelius and had a great experience. They knew about the oil consumption issue and the spark plug/valve cover thing too when asked them to check it out. Mine's a 5/at and they even knew the o.c. issue was only for the manual trans cars. Then they tried selling other services like fluid changes etc. but what dealership doesn't?

Anyhow, that's where I brought my car and based on my first experience with them, will bring it again if I need to.

Depends on what part of Charlotte your in.. If your by me in Matthews I know quite a few great shops of 74/Independence.. If your closer to Lake Norman Id say the Infiniti dealership isnt bad, just overpriced. I had a great experience with them when i was trying to purchase touch-up paint... Lmk where you are and I can try and recommend a few.

I actually live in South Carolina but I'm 5 minutes from south charlotte. Cin sounds like my choice then. where is it?

edit: nevermind I googled it. I'll be going there very soon.
