Ok, Heres The Deal, Based On What I Can Tell You ( From An Internal Stand Point ) Your Stuck. Go Directly To The G.m. Of The Dealer. Because It Seems The Service Manager May Not Be Communicating With The Gm. If That Fails Find Out Who Owns The Dealer. Usually When Its Own By A Corp. There Is Always Someone Higher Who Wants It Resolved No Questions Asked To Avoid Any Other Customers Feeling That They Are Not Being Taking Care Of. At That Point That Person Will Then Question Which Ever Manager Who Refused To Take Care Of It. Also Knowing That They Were Trying To Push You To Commit Fruad Towards Your Ins. Company Is Not A Good Thing. Remember Ins Companies Will Always Ask To Inspect The Wheels. Now On The Other Hand If The Dealer Is Own By A Private Owner Just Go To Him. Like Anything No Dealer Wants Any Bad Reviews Or Publicity, And Do The Same .
