Had a little scare last night after work

It all started about 1pm yesterday by 6pm I was feeling like crap. I thought my appendix blew or something I couldn't even walk straight. So I had to rush to urgent care which quickly referred me to the emergency room. They did a battery of test last night catscan, blood test and a wee-wee test. After hours of waiting they finally came back said that everything was negative. whew! Appendix was normal, no stones found, galbladder was ok, liver was ok. The doctor was very happy about the results, but he told me to observe and see if the pain will return. He even said that maybe the appendix was not inflamed enough that the cat scan didn't detect it yet. Yikes!

They gave me a bunch of pain killers to deal with the pain told me to come back in 2 days. Feeling better now but it got scary there for a while not knowing what was going on. The worse scenario was I go under the knife if it was a burts appendix.

So when you guys see me tonight at the GTG walking like a hunch back you know why.

Yikes, I hope it's not your appendix. I had mine taken out and it was a pretty painful experience. Hope you feel better soon!

That sucks...feel better.

Is everything else working OK? Reason I ask is that similar pain can be attributed to a bowel obstruction or extreme constipation or a viral infection...or like MEECHIN said...go fart the day away....

Well I just came from my doctor today he gave me another round of test. Ultrasound on Wednesday he said maybe it's a kidney stone. So I'm hoping it's nothing but if it is then I just want this thing to get over with. I hate not knowing what's going on. If they need to operate then so be it.
