Warranty Issue

the only way a aftermarket part can void warrenty is if the dealership sees that that part caused the problem... i think you can go up to stillen sc stage 2 or 3 and itll still be fine since they sell stillen at the dealerships etc... but just watch out what you do..and if you think the aftermarket part caused the problem take it out and go back to stock so you can get it fixed

Correct me if i'm wrong... but,
The dealership cannot void warranty unless you have modified an OEM part.
They can also opt to void warranty if they see clear signs of abuse/neglect.
However, they can only opt and you can still fight it if they do.
For example:
A. Let's say you put a new intake on your car. All of a sudden you find out that your car has oil consumption issues. They can't void your engine's warranty unless they can physically prove that your modification is making it burn oil.
B. You have an aftermarket flywheel and clutch on your car. Your tranny starts grinding into 5th or 3rd gear (common in early generation G/Z). They can't void your warranty. You didn't mod your transmission. You swapped out the flywheel and clutch.
The situation in B happened to me. I had mine swapped under warranty.
Another person i know had a stock flywheel and clutch but they had been put thru so much abuse that they were glazed.
He couldn't even change gears.
He had his car towed to the dealership, infiniti corporate came out, they voided his warranty on the spot due to abuse.

I used to take my car to Metro Infiniti, that place sucks!
