Didnt read all 12 pages but did anyone mention Johnnies Pastrami in Culver City Off of Sepulveda and Washington? Right next to Tito's Tacos.... Aw they have the best pastrami and chilli fries since 1952....
Burgers:
Fatburger (Vermont Ave, 90004)
Buy the triple king fat with cheese. *A Somalian eats this many calories in a month*
Tommy's (Rampart and Beverly, 90026)
Buy the triple cheese burger, with special instructions "I want so much chili that I can't see the f*ing burger", truly the heart stopper. And order reg fries to dip in your burger. Sit near the napkin dispenser, talk to the security guards.
Dine in Filipino:
Barrio Fiesta (Eagle Rock Blvd, LA)
I love the calamari (fried squid), crispy pata, kare kare, and other Pinoy staples.
Toto's Lechon Manok (Verdugo and York, Eagle Rock)
For what? A whole roasted pig for your luaus, thats what.
Mexican:
Senor Fish (Eagle Rock Blvd, LA)
FISH TACOS
Alberto's (Peck Rd, El Monte)
Carne asada tacos for less than 2 bucks, but why so expensive? Cuz this thing can be called a BURRITO at others places.
Italian/Pizza:
Well, any Papa Johns.
Costco PIZZA. Nuff said.
Maggiano's (The Grove, LA)
Chicken parmesan... hmm... Ravioli... I love their food here.
Andre's Restaurant (6332 W. 3rd St, 90036)
Absolutely the best Spaghetti + Meat sauce around.
Eagle Rock Italian Bakery (1726 Colorado Blvd, Eagle Rock)
"Ay, don't fugget da cannolis, eh!?"
Bakery:
Porto's (Brand Blvd, Glendale)
CHEESE ROLLS, Parisian Chocolate cake.... hmmm, not to mention great CUBAN food.
Red Ribbon (Colorado Blvd, Glendale)
Moist chocolate cake.
Vietnamese sandwich/Banh Mi:
BaLe sandwiches (Atlantic and Valley, Alhambra)
I think it was #3 I always get.

If you come to Temecula, go to The Thai Kitchen next door to 24 hour Fitness. Great food. Or you can go to my favorite (can't imagine why) at Pechanga. You can go to Kelsey's (kinda like the Yardhouse) or if you don't mind spending a little more cash, you deffinitely have to go to the Great Oak Steakhouse (much better than Ruth's Chris). All the food is great. I've heard that Pechanga now has it's own ranch for meat and an on-site butcher shop for all the meats and aging. This is just an opinion though. Harry's at the Promenade in Temecula is really good too. And then there's Shogun Teppan or Fujiyama's (Best fried rice) here in Temecula as well.

Who's tried Lomo Saltado? It's a Peruvian dish that will leave you in heaven!
There's a place called Mario's near West L.A. I recommend this dish to anyone who has taste buds
