King T on the 3rd st. is or was open 24 hours and fights would break out while you were in line. just make sure not to loose your spot or you will be waiting longer. I have seen guys get jumped by Gang Bangers 10 on 1 and beat the bloody pulp out of them. you either roll deep when you go or make sure you stay near the security. this place is a stop over for the weekend party peple that have just left the clubs on weekeends.

wow, in all my years of going there, and I've been going since I was a kid, I've never ever seen one incident. Although I've only gone a few times after last call on a weekend since I used to live in K-town. But I've never ever seen anything rowdy. Lots of good people go there. I always stop by whenever I'm visiting family in Montebello/Whittier.
When I'm by my Pop's house in mid-town, I go to El Taurino. It's about the same thing except they serve beer!

^^^Careful when eating there after 2am. Not because of the crowd, which is one of the diverse in all of L.A., but because of the chile. That hot sauce will burn a hole in you when combined with that greasy food, making you grab your ankles in the morning.
- but it's good -
Seriously though, I love going there just because I see so many Latinos, Asians and Blacks eating there. It's a snapshot of Los Angeles in one room.
