What percentage tints do they have to choose from? Sorry, I am not too knowledgable about tints.

 

so should i be gettin the metal flim or the ceramic flim?

 

7% 17% 35% and 45% for the non metallic..

the % refers to how much light goes in? someone correct me on this if i'm wrong , so the lower the number, the darker the tint.

most people go with 35% front / 17% rear... reason being that it is still illegal in the front, but most cops wont mind TOO much if it's light.. unless they are real dicks..

also if you choose to go on the weekends be sure to go EARLY like 8:30-8:45.. I got there 9:02 sunday morning (they open at 9) and didn't leave till around 12:00.. not that they take a long time, but my car didnt start getting worked on until 11..

weekdays i hear are alot better though

i would go with the ceramic because the metal messes with your radio reception.. metal + radio = bad.. though it is more effective in keeping heat out.. it's also more expensive too

 

damnn tooo confusing, it's easy for me cause when I go in, I just tell them Limo on da back, one below limo in the front

 

Any cosmetic differences between the metallic and ceramic films?

 

^metallic i believe gives more of a reflective look where as ceramic is just straight black

 

ceramic costs more? does it metallic really mess up the radio stuff?

 

^ not on our cars but if you have a radar detector the metallic will mess it up a bit.
