How about them f'ing Harleys and muscle cars with no cats? Here on the beachside I hear them all the time and officers don't seem to do anything about them. Shouldn't they ticket every single Harley with no cats on PCH?

I don't mean to butt -in the SoCal forum, but the cops there suck. I agree with Sukairain that 100%. I'm in the USN, and I always want to move to San Diego. If I ever do I'm keeping my FL plate, than they could kiss my a$$.

I would like to know what kind of place is able to give you this certificate... the only certification the law around here recognize is from the state ref, and to go see the state ref, you must have a ticket that requires a visit there. Anything else is like crossing your fingers and hoping the cop will let you go.

They may pass SMOG, but no HFCs for the G are CARB legal... none of them have an EO number.

Basically, if it isn't in this list, then it is not legal to have on freeways in California...

I believe the dB limit of 95 does not apply to bikes according to the law. And I probably hear stories of muscle cars getting pulled over as much as I hear about imports.

Really? I thought you could go in their without having being cited. That would make the certificate kind of useless since you would have had to already been fined

Not sure there are dB limits for bikes, but it's a moot point, since modifying the exhaust system in ANY WAY is considered illegal in California. Even if you don't touch the emissions portion. The Po love to tack this on to tickets when they pull moto riders over.

Hey Vlad,

So you were able to get it done without having being forced due to a ticket? People keep on going back & forth, but since you have gotten it, I know I can believe you.

I can't speak for him - but that post looks like ****!!!!! NOTHING like MY car!

I can't use that to tell them to ***** off... Your cert is bogus until it has MY car info on it... don't bother trying to justify something that we know isn't true... just make the corrections and we will all agree you were right

As far as Irwindale, I understand... I hope you get that clutch replaced bro! The only other good race weather track day is gonna be Fontana on Jan 5th! Maybe you can ruin it then and be forced to upgrade?... I guess we better start scheduling a chase car... f- the bbq

Seriously though = you gotta be itchin to test the tune!!! I know I am!!!
