Cerritos Infiniti became D!CKS. RANT

First of all, whenever Cerritos Infiniti threads came up on this site, I always praised them of their service.

But since my wheel bearing incident (didn't honor it cuz of suspension), they were being a**holes.

Told them about my window streaking incident (they always wiped them off and said it's fixed). Since my warranty is gonna end, i tell them can u actually do something about it this time, and when i got my car back, all they did was wipe them off again.

Once i got my car back, someone rear ended me next day, and my cars been sitting in the garage till this morning cuz i went on vacation.
I'm pumping gas and i see 3 FAT DINGS on driver's side.

I'm 100% positive it happened at the dealership. Yes it's my fault for not checking after. Just called Cerritos to ask for options (did not tell them it's them that did it or anything), and unexpectedly service guy keeps saying "take it up with the manager, i got nothing to say to you"

someone had a bad christmas...
Screw them anyways. I'll deter anyone from going to Cerritos Infiniti if asked.

I would go to Infiniti of Santa Monica, the service center is very nice

I've always had bad service at cerritos infiniti. They need to revamp their entire service department. I live like 5 mins from cerritos but ALWAYS take my car to tustin infiniti for routine maintenance.

yea i was thinking of it..Santa Monica, Glendale, and Riverside, but Riverside is closer to me and they seem nicer than Cerritos.

see if i can get a sweet deal on the Gt-r as well. =D x 100.

I wonder if the GM is even aware of the bad rep they are getting or just simply doesn't care?

I went to infinity of montclair and there service is great. They changed out my tranny no questions asked.

i went to them since there around the block from me.

there is also a pretty girl that works there in service. just be honest with them and tell them your bad experiance and they will treat you even better. but if your planning on getting a rental car, call first.

Thats where i bought my car but never got any service done there...i will be going to montclair to check out the pretty lady up front lol

make sure you express your opinion in the surveys they send you. i know our dealership is pretty sensitive to what gets said in those.

yeah she pretty cute, she works in the service dept. but she not an advisor, but she always answers the phone and checks you in when you pull up.

^ btw theres a fix for that stain we get on our glass but it requires you to R&R the glass. What causes the stain is the rubber guides if you will (Are covered by cloth) get dirty over time as you roll the windows up and down.. eventually they start staining your glass when you roll it up or down.. there are TWO of them in the door...

yea ppl shudn't stick to jobs they hate...

I thought people buy Infiniti for their "red carpet service" what's the deal with all these horrible dealserships?
