i've tried multiple dealerships in the past and the only one that has ever treated me right was southbay infiniti. anytime i take my car in they escort me to the waiting room offer food and/or drinks. i've never had a problem with the service, even when they accidentlly dented my car they fixed it right away with no extra charge or hassle.

I'm a sales guy over here at Cerritos Infiniti and I would truely like to apologize on behalf of all of our service staff. Truely and sincerely sorry. Even though I work on the sales side, if there is anything that I could do to help you guys return to our dealership, please feel free to PM me. I'm not saying that our service dept. is flawless, but I understand the importance of customer service. Obviously though, if one is asking for something that is ridiculous, there is only so much that we can do. And please keep in mind that we all are humans. Thanks again for understanding, and I truely hope that those of you who have had bad experiences will consider coming back to us.

Thanks,

Alex Yoo
Sales Associate.

Nice to know. But I have to agree with Aznteazer as well. My experiences at Cerritos Infiniti are not good ones. (Service dept of course).

CERRITOS INFINITI has there parts department at the ford dealership across the parking lot, I can see why they are terrible. I went in their asking some very routine questions, like whats the price of a rear diff change with motul, they seriously had no idea wtf I was talking about. I had to explain with rear diff meant lol

Told them about my window streaking incident (they always wiped them off and said it's fixed). Since my warranty is gonna end, i tell them can u actually do something about it this time, and when i got my car back, all they did was wipe them off again.

Once i got my car back, someone rear ended me next day, and my cars been sitting in the garage till this morning cuz i went on vacation.
I'm pumping gas and i see 3 FAT DINGS on driver's side.

I'm 100% positive it happened at the dealership. Yes it's my fault for not checking after. Just called Cerritos to ask for options (did not tell them it's them that did it or anything), and unexpectedly service guy keeps saying "take it up with the manager, i got nothing to say to you"

someone had a bad christmas...
Screw them anyways. I'll deter anyone from going to Cerritos Infiniti if asked.

Poor Business practices..............

I've never worked in a dealership but with my lifetime of retail sales and hunderds of hours spent in school looking for the answer to successful
business practices it's obvious that all the profit made at the dealership
doesn't come from car sales. The owner obviously doesn't track the money
made in his service bays with the poor service this dealership gives. Maybe
it's time for someone that's received poor service to talk to the owner.......
with a calm attitude and the proof to back up their claims!

Do not take your car there for service...they suck *****...I went in to get my head unit changed under warranty and when I got there on my scheduled day, they tell me "oh we got the wrong part...please come back next week...so I wasted my time and gas. The next time I went, they got the new head unit installed but never plugged my navi back in so my screen was blank so I call in and say may navi does not work..can I bring it in again..they tell me "no sorry sir, it's too late in the day for you to come back"..wtf?? Things just got worse...I go home and wash my car and noticed my front left lip on my sf challenges got dinged/curbed...Since I didn't do a walk around I thought I couldn't do anything so I said screw Infiniti of Montclair and took it to Riverside Infiniti..So I tell them Montlcair Infiniti messed with my navi and doesn't work now..so they tell me to come in next week...So when I get there, they seat me and after a few minutes they tell me they can't service my vehicle under warranty because Montclair last worked on it...They told me I'd have to pay $120 or so just for the labor if I wanted to get it worked on by them..that was a bunch of bull...So I call Montclair right away to see if they can service my navi that same day for what they screwed up on and was told they couldn't service my car that same day...Anyways I do not recommened that you take your car there. Don't deal with this service consultant named Dominic..he sucks nuts!

My two recent experiences at Cerritos:

1. My wife and I are looking for a 07 G35 sedan. We get quoted $35400 out the door. We go back two weeks later, and they flatly refuse to honor the price, saying that "out the door price" is AFTER a down payment of $5000. I don't know who else refers to OTD price as NET down payment. We walked.

2. They refuse to replace the engine for oil consumption, saying that my headers caused it. No one that I've talked to with any ounce of car knowledge can explain how headers can lead to oil consumption. Everyone knows the rings are crap. Nissan already has a TSB for this. I already filed with Infiniti Consumer Affairs and BBB.

Yeah, pretty much my service experiences there were not good, except the last time I went there. Isaac Diaz, he's pretty nice and real, he hooked it up for me. So if you go there talk to that guy.

I have to agree with you that Cerritos Infiniti is one of the worst place to get your car serviced. Man... I can't even start to tell you how rude the service techs are along with their not-so-witty service manager.

There's also a girl at Cerritos (service dept)....I forgot her name. But she was pretty helpful...the only one in my experience that really helped out.... Not sure if she's still there or not since I haven't been there in a while.
