Sorry but I'm going to disagree with you on that one.

I've heard of some bad things of IPD on a professional level but they're not as bad as Brea PD.

They were all gesturing to each other: "No, you go first...." and finally after just sitting there, I went ahead... damn, talk about Sunday drivers.... are they worried a cop is gonna give them a ticket for not letting the other person go first... sheesh!

i actually grew up in irvine and my folks still live there. dood, those cops will hide out at the 4 way stops just waiting for someone to blow by. and in woodbridge, there are a whole mess of stops signs on the loop.

you can't deny the city is pretty safe and clean, tho. having lived in ktown in LA, culver city, palms, worked in downtown, etc., it's nice to go visit my folks and not see derelicts asking for money or taking a dump right in broad daylight on the sidewalk.

All a cop has to do is see a test pipe (not running any cats) and you get a big ticket. You c an get a ticket for having your car lowered too much, having no front license plate, etc etc etc just sitting there parked. They could even get your for loitering if they wanted to .

I grew up in BREA hahaha they have nothing to do, they would send 5 squad cars to our house parties in high school. I got a ticker for going 50 in a 45 2 blocks from my house in my moms prius one morning after working the overnight shift and had been up all night. d!ck!

Irvine is the most boring city in the world. I used to work in Irvine and I would get hassled by them pretty often. I never got a ticket or anything because I was never doing anything wrong. The cops are just so bored that they will look for any reason to give you a hard time.

lol, i wonder if one of them was my friend, hes a cop in irvine. yeah irvine isn't a good place to be doing things like that. there's virtually no crime, so cops are very eager to kill their boredom. got 3 tickets in one year in that damn city.
