That's such BS. I rarely see cops busting old folks with old muscle cars modified up the @ss or trucks with a 20 inch lift. By the way, is it legal for trucks to have a lift? I would think so because if a car go into an accident with a lifted truck I would assume the person in the car is fvcked.

People can cry and b*tch all they want. But if everybody getting written up for bs like this does nothing about it, then nothing is going to change.

Yup +1....F*ck the cops. And wtf is this all about???

At around 11pm police surprised participants by blocking all exits with fifty police cruisers. Officers then began a warrantless search and interrogation operation of the 150 vehicles that were present.

Other law enforcement agencies participating in Friday night's raid included the California Highway Patrol, Riverside County Sheriff's Department, and police from Baldwin Park, Fontana, Irwindale, Moreno Valley, Ontario and Mount San Jacinto Community College.

Across the state, gas tax funds are regularly used to fund similar crackdowns that generate big revenue. In 2004, the California Highway Patrol issued a total of 101,553 "modified car" citations worth $10.5 million according to CHP data obtained by TheNewspaper.
Is it really necessary to need those many agencies for people chillin in the Parking Lot having a meet? I'd hate to see how many citations there have been now and how much money it's worth, and that was just only the California Highway Patrol and nobody else.

I hope to see a lot of Lawsuits coming out of this. So glad I don't live in Cali.

Cops vs Car Enthusiasts....?

It has always been this way, cops giving people that enjoy their cars a hard
time. If it wasn't for a few showoffs at these meets they might go unnoticed.
How is it that Ca. doesn't have the $ to fix the holes in our roads but somehow they can find it to do this kinda B.S.? You can't hate cops for doing
what there told to do, it's the tight a$$es behind them we need to watch out
for....

stupid honda/acura people meets Always ruining it for us middle-class + car drivers haha...again i agree on the point that those cops were only doing what they were told to do, if i was a cop and they told me to raid a meet with a bunch of ricers Ill run in there with excitement haha...but also, in my opinion it's kind of stereo type, if we dont want to race, why do we put mods? If they dont like racing cars why do they buy corvettes and m3s and put exhausts intake etc.???

Damn hondas/acuras with their ghetto swapped motor

hey 1fastg35sedan you kick it with a bunch of ricers It's cool tho, u still got a G!
