Check the Califiornia bar website. They will give you at least three recommended firms in your area. Sorry, I don't have a firm to recommend to you for this type of law.

the standard split amougnst the lawyer, chiro and client is 33% of the settlment. if you find the right attorney and doctor, you can negotiate to get 50% of the settlement, while the lawyer and doctor split the other 50%. i'm assuming larry h. parker will make you sign an agreement under the former terms i've mentioned.

if you as the client/plaintiff will get 50%, that's as good a deal as you're gonna get. i have a case that wrapping up as well; about 6k in damages just on the car and i expect to get 50% when settlement reaches.

also, if you or the others have injuries requiring an MRI AND they find your spine is out of line by 2 milimeters, that will boost your settlement value by a lot more. good luck and hope none of you have any serious injuries.

No, but the contingency fee agreement sounds about right, and your attorney has been bared since 1973, so he should have plenty of experience, so he should be more than competent to take your case.

Best of luck!
