looks interesting for those cincity parts, but no on car pics...seems odd...

they seem a bit ricey, not sure till i see them on the car

 

i know where to get your tails done, and in way better quality, buy it costs $ but if you wanna be ill that dont matter right?

EDIT: Just as Dustin said, it costs a lot of $$$ to make it look non-ricer.

However, to answer your question, it requires baking to crack both lights open from the weather caulking. For headlights, you'd probably need to dremel a few holes here and there, depending on your LED arrangement, and have a separate ballast in the engine compartment. For the taillights, those are CCFL strips, or "Demon/Angel eyes" around the tail-lights themselves, requiring adhesives or drilling again, and a separate ballast (I believe).

Personally, I find anything other than blacking out the headlights, and LEDs in the clearance light would be ricer. The CCFL taillights are just... Not my style, maybe it is for you?
