Glendale Infiniti service rocks
just letting you guys know, Glendale Infiniti has my seal of approval for service. changed all my brakes even though i only needed fronts. they did it in an hour too. Metro in Monrovia wanted to take 2.5 hours.

Man O man, did we have a different experience....
I am so freaking disappointed with these guys... that's an understatement. NO ONE EVER GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MODS.... I can't tell the whole story as it will take an hour. But you have got that dipsh&t Service Manager Manny - he was speaking spanish with his mechanic about my car... then he turns around and says thrt the car has to be completely stock to be covered under warranty. The dipsh&t mechanic looked at the hood and said "you've got intake" on your car (I've got TTs as you know) - idiot - if he only knew what the intercooler does... HE said that i have exhaust,etc.... and that's why he would void the warranty. I said "whatever"... you are wrong, the law says that you have to prove that my mods caused the failure.... He turns around and says "You can go now... I know you have been a customer... but if you raise your voice at my mechanic...i trust him... you can get out...." (it WAS this half-way intelligeable)
That guy is a r@#&#@ SOB that knows NOTHING about cars (pardon the language, but allow me to vent for a second). Make sure you NEVER NEVER EVER go there...... EVER! (if you have mods on your car). If there is one remark on your maintenance record (in the computer) about a denial of service due to mods.... you are black-listed. And this is the guy to do it! Sam (a service writer), on the other hand, is a great guy to deal with.... unless "you know who" gets involved.
I took this to their management, and he was reprimanded. I am considering taking action against this dealership... will report back if something materializes.....

yea, sam did my work for me. yea that guy Manny was in the other room and i happened to walk past his room. OMG, hes got some bad Body Odor. he needs to shower or use deodorant. i guess ill stick with Metro from now on.

lol...i used to work a Glendale Nissan/Infiniti about 2-3 years ago. I knew Sam when he was at the Nissan side and always did my work when I had my '00 & '02 maximas. He NEVER gave me problems about my mods. I also think Manny was a lot porter at Nissan when i working there. Can't believe he a service writer.
