It was $279.95 for the 30k service ($10 more than what was listed online) and they took off $20 for not having to replace my air filter. I have an Amsoil filter and they cleaned it for free.

In-cabin filter was not included and was $50 installed.

Total price was $310 - pretty much in line to what R&D has here ($300 and the other shop I was considering) and they're much closer to me.

They also did a couple of warranty checks for me for free (compression rods, 40mph shudder, etc.). They also know the guys at the service department at Miller Infiniti and referred me to them, which helps immensely bc trying to get warranty service done from Miller Infiniti is hell.

To reiterate, Donald and William are very cool guys, informative and patient with all my questions. I am very happy I didn't waste $900 at the dealership and will go to CarZone for my Infiniti from here on out. I'm sure that R&D would have been as great an experience as well.

Bump for 2 cool and knowledgeable guys.

Took my G to have my brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. They did a top notch job and I'm very happy with the fast friendly service they provided. Donald and William really know their stuff and I'm taking my car there from now on to have it serviced. Don't think twice about going there, their service is the best I've dealt with. Only regret I have is I wish I found them sooner.

I was also there for my 30K service. Saw JJRock44 and his new headlights too (Lookin Good).

They were great. Fast service. No upsell at all. In fact, we finished and happened to be chatting while paying and had to go back to get the in cabin filter done. Really nice guys. I had no idea that William is in charge of infinitihelp.com as well. That is impressive in itself.

I will definitely be using their services in the future. I hope I won't need it soon though

Dave
