I do wish they are much closer to me ! But anything major I wont mind driving 40 plus miles !

 

I don't know how much traffic this part of the forum gets anymore, but figured I'd bump it.

They are now in a location on Calvert Street in Van Nuys and have been there for a few years now. Bill hasn't been involved in day to day on the shop in a number of years, but Donald is still there and Alan is also a great help. I live in Torrance now and still go to Car Zone just because its so hard to find an honest mechanic. Most recently I had work done by them on my Ford crossover that now rides smooth again (118,000 miles) and had the headlights replaced on my 2003 G35 coupe.

Told Donald about my headlight issue...I had put tint on them almost 20 years ago and it was cracking and impossible to remove and one of the bulbs had gone out. Donald flat out told me to just go order whatever I like online and bring them in and he would install. I ordered on Amazon, brought it in, and an hour later I was on my way to work.

They've been servicing my car since about 2009. Its now at 216,000 miles. I started using it again as my daily driver to work and everything still runs great.
