The 411 on CarZone Auto Repair...
Just a big bump for these guys. My 2003 Coupe has 134K miles on it and of course some things just get beat up.
I told the people that I wasn't looking to spend OEM factory type money(for one item $750-1000 just in parts) and Carzone went and contacted a used parts dealer or something where the part will be 1/3 the cost. And well in line with what that item is going for used on ebay.
I'll update with all items they work on and cost once everything is done. Mostly just stuff I've been neglecting.

Yeah. Thats mine.
LOL driven to hell and back(134K miles, prolly 40 Vegas trips) and still runs sweet.
I'm moving close to work downtown and won't need a commuter car, so I'm selling off my Yaris and taking care of some long neglected items on the G.

So heres what happened. Depending on your perspective, Carzone saved me a few hundred to over $1600(if I had the work done at Miller Infiniti).
Heres what was done and appx charges:
Drive belts - $108
Headlights - $260
Windshield wipers not functioning - no charge...charge was $15 for blades only.
Drivers seat - Replaced rail bracket with a used part - Appx $260.
First off, Miller had said the headlight ballast needs to be replaced. That would have been $750 or so for the part alone if I remember correctly. And it turns out, thats not correct, just the headlights. And then as to the seat, Miller said its the seat motor. Again, around $800-900 just in parts. And again, not correct.
Instead, by taking it to Carzone, I get a correct diagnosis of the issue. And William even offered straight out to get a used part for the seat rail bracket, rather than OEM which was $375. Rather good for me since I will not be using the car all that much.
The other thing....Miller Infiniti...and other Infiniti dealers..charge out labor at I believe $75-80 an hour. Thats not really such a problem. The problem is, they have a set amount of hours they bill for a job, regardless of how many hours they spend on it. A real good example was when I had issues with my driver side window motor. Miller quoted around $650....$350 for the motor and $300 for the labor(ie 4 hours of labor). Bullcrap. I never worked on something like this and it took me 2 hours. I'm quite positive it would have taken a mech at Miller around 45 minutes. Yet they bill $300 bleeping dollars.
Carzone does not do that. They bill for actual time worked, or at least they did in my case.
I've spoken with both William and Donald in the past and found both to always be pleasant, straight forward, and honest. Very easy to deal with, even for someone not mechanically inclined.
Needless to say I am very happy with the work they did and the final cost of the work. Lots of long neglected stuff that really did have to be done to put the car into shape as my primary driver. I'll definitely return to Carzone for all future work on my car. It really doesn't get any better.

HUGE BUMP FOR DONALD!!! I spent almost the entire day with these guys adjusting coilovers and other things around the car, I am a huge fan of this place and will absolutely be returning for any and all of my cars needs. Anyone that drives from far away call them up in the morning or a day in advance to make sure they know you're coming and what you need and I promise you, your experience will be impeccable with these guys.
More love for CarZone. I had to stop by to get some noises checked out. Donald diagnosed what I thought was a major issue only to strategically grease a place I would have never thought of as the culprit. You are missing out and paying too much by going anywhere else.
I there yesterday and they told me know they now have the machine that can program the key fob and transponder key, and its only for $50
as well can program TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system)
took me forever to find a place when I needed it, but they have it now
