Anyone that is familiar with Rowland Heights. Construction is under way. Expecting date of opening is in August. It is going to be where In-N-out, Nijiya market, and Sushi Kamon restaurant shopping center is on Colima.
Can't wait, now don't have to drive into Ja-town, or Cypress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, the Curry House... Definately my favorite restaurant! Been eating at the various Curry Houses ever since my college days - about 10 years ago! For those that are going to try it out for the first time, I definately recommend the chicken katsu curry... Mmmm...

Personally, I love to eat Japanese curry and in particular the taste of Curry House. I always urge people to at least try it out! Perhaps we can get a new meet setup if there are enough people interested in a lunch or dinner at the Curry House.

 

went to eat at sushi kamon this weekend, and there was a HUGE line for curry house. its already open, would love to try it some time.. maybe a mini-rowland meet.. =)

went to eat at Curry House on sun 8/1, it was just as good as the one in J town. I suggest you call in to make a reservation or you'll be stuck waiting for 30 ~ 45 min for a seat.

Sounds like the new one is jammed already - must be a lot of Curry House fans in that area! I would be interested in some kind of Curry House meet, though I'm going on vacation [to Hawaii] Aug. 9 and won't be back in town until Aug. 20...

 

got back from curry house in rowland just now.
it's as good as the one in jtown but a little pricier.
i saw a couple G's there too. 1 white one, and 2 caribbeans.
