Changing front brake pads

I got a quote for chaing front two brake pads for $160 (OEM brakes are included) is this good deal?

The owner does everything and very nice.

But just checking the price for make sure...

does that include turning the rotors? Brake pads are like 60 bucks or so (maybe cheaper these days) so you're basically paying 100 bucks for labor.

I had all four pads changed by R&D Factory for $200. Project Mu pads, not OEM...oem's would've been a little discounted.
