Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys-Avoid like the plague
#16
Actually, a Nissan dealership is considered by Infiniti same as any other independent shop. I got this directly from Infiniti of North America, having called when my local Infiniti dealership closed. There's still a local Nissan dealership. Since the car is under warranty I don't want anyone working on the car but the dealership...until now.

The Thousand Oaks Infiniti dealership has great customer service! I have taken my G to them since I bought the car for all of my warranty work and have been very happy. They always call me a day later to make sure I was happy with their work. It is worth it for me to drive the extra 30 miles to get great customer service. The service advisor I use is Alba, she is great!

You don't need to go to an Infiniti dealership to maintain your warranty, as long as the service has been completed and you have the records. That's why, like I mentioned on page 1 I go to my Nissan dealership. They've taken my $ for close to 17 years and I (almost) trust them....LOL
