Thanks for all your support guys, I've been patient and mature about the situation. It's simple, send him my money, doesn't want to send my item, give my money back. Most people resort to law suits & whatnot over crap like this, and yeah this pretty much ruined my online experience for good. I'm only going to do local from now on.

 

You should not let one bad buying experience get you down. Remember we all have to start at the beginning to build that reputation. I understand how you feel but if you were the one selling and something like this happened, wouldn't you want to somehow mend and put it all behind you as best as you can. The buyer yes ends up getting a bad experience. But not all experiences are bad. If that were the case all new sellers including myself if i ever sold would have no chance in selling.

Dude, I told you I didn't recieve your item or else I wouldn't have created a dispute. Do you guys hear this crap! I've done a few transaction through forums, but I've never had an issue with someone actually sending me the item, after all I did pay for it. Just to be safe I'm just going to stick to local sales man.

Yeah still haven't recieved it. Nor have heard a word from the "seller" about why it's taking so long. His last sign on was an hour ago, he doesn't want to back himself up.

 

you know what i think you are frauding this guy by Bull ****ting that you'll send the money back when you get your stuff back.Ive seen jack asses like you n tracked them down to know they tried to fraud other people you must of not sent it and want to keep his money,excuses for a shipment you still have CHOLEAOUM i am from Long Beach as well dude you better take some action and get your money back asap!! this guy might be frauding you.....

Has no proof he shipped,and has a major attitude problem, someone needs to check him, OP deserves his money back! i would start a paypal Claim.

 

I guess the seller does need the money after-all.
