I really don't think this guy will respond regardless. Who wouldve known someone with two positive itrader could be a scammer.

just file a dispute with paypal.. from what i know.. it will show up on his credit score every time paypal gets involved.. but who knows.. either way.. hes a dick and someone ban his damn ip.
