Good luck getting your money back, OP. This is the main reason why I only sell parts locally. That way I avoid the hassle of shipping and the buyer knows exactly whEn and what they're getting.
+1 people like this make me avoid dealing online, only if i really need a part, thanks A-holes ! hope you get your money back or your package if any. Seller seems shady for not sending a tracking #

note to self, will not deal with in the future

First thing you should always make sure the items are ready to ship before you send ANY money that way you can almost make sure the item will be shipped the following day. Second, paypal has a limit on how long you can withdraw or chargeback on your account. I believe it's the first 30 days but check it on their sites. You can put a dispute on it and that will temporarily withhold the money until the person resolves the issue. When I sold my wheels I had a large transaction and it didn't let me do anything to the money until the items were shipped provided with a tracking number. I have to agree with you, paypal does suck but that's the only known online transacting sites that the majority of people use. Perhaps consider money order or something else?

I've never used money orders lol, but the dispute is filed. Paypal is reviewing the case, and as for Disneyland I bought the 2fer deal, so we went 2 weeks ago. We're going again this weekend. I don't trust the craigslist tickets lol what if they're fake? I thought about it though!

I have a bad experience with trying to save money but only to end up wasting more money.

I wonder why that guy above has gotten banned, and I'm waiting until the dispute is over before I do anything rational. Just taking this one step at a time and hopefully I'll get my money back and let it all blow over.

UPDATE: No package still, no response from scammer, but I got my money back via paypal dispute. Don't do business with that guy. Mods please ban him.

Well at least you got your money back... Sorry for the bad experience not all members are like that. I usually check their join date, Post count, and Itrader rating.. I just did a transaction where i sent this guy my JL 500/1 amp for a JL 10w6 even swap. I trusted him by sending my amp first and when he received it, to send me the speaker.. I'm not worried about it. I know he will send it.. IF NOT then i have a Problem... But not to worry i'm good about finding people out of state...lol
