That was probably me, my sister goes to UCI, and she baby sits my kids at night, so I come late to get them, what time did you see me??
Yeah talk about expensive over there, we bought the townhouse directly across from my sisters town house, for $740,000, just so we can rent it out to the UCI Students, as an investment property.

Bihn,
Since I know you, and its 2 bedrooms, you can rent the Master for $1800 a month, that friends and family rate, but don't tell anyone. Plus that a alittle less then half the mortgage on that place. Also I will throw in the half bath upstairs for you, so you will be renting 1 master and 1.5 bath. sounds fair let me know ; )

Actually rent at watermarke is ok compared to the rest of Irvine. I guess when you say pay a lot for a little you must be talking about square footage, because the features here are outstanding and better than any thing else out there. And the rent is not that bad compared to the rest of Irvine, in fact I moved here because it had the least expensive 1 bedroom in the area.
