from my experience direct lender typically pays for some of your fees, but the interest rate is slightly higher.

looing for about 250k loan for a house
credit score 780
no debt, no car payment, no bill nothing
income 30k a year,
can this loan be approve?

how much cash down do you have? you will need atleast 3.5% if youre going with fha or 10% if you going conventional.

You income wont qualify for a $250k loan. Your monthly living expenses cannot exceed 45% of your gross monthly income. The mortgage payment alone is over that amount.

How much is needed for a 300K loan?
