from my experience direct lender typically pays for some of your fees, but the interest rate is slightly higher.

You income wont qualify for a $250k loan. Your monthly living expenses cannot exceed 45% of your gross monthly income. The mortgage payment alone is over that amount.Originally Posted by mugenpwr
