questions about smog test and few other things in CA

hello people,
I moved to CA finally and it's now time to get my CA plate.
And here, I'm facing a problem with me having turbo on my g35 and no cat.
So I'm hoping if anyone can help me with smog test..?

And what do I need other than smog test to get my plate?

please throw me a pm,

and thank you guys,
John

I suggest you keep your out-of-state plate, if at all possible. Your car is not legal in California, and you do NOT want to be pulled over with that stuff on your car.

It can be done...you just have to find the right place who is willing to accept the right price.

Yeah, the other bonus to this (besides not having to payoff someone to pass you) is the registration will be cheaper guaranteed.
