Shop that sells and installs Iphone connection for our Gs?

Anyone know of a shop that has these kits (the nissan kits that allow you to still use the steering controls and display text, not some cheap aftermarket) in stock and installs them?

How much out the door?

If not, anyone know of a cheap place to install a kit? I know its probably easy I just dont have the tools etc...

Thanks!

You have to get the PAC AAI-NIS2 for the G35, if you need help installing it let me know it's a pain in the *** to take the radio out if it's your first time. Now it takes me a few minutes just to pull the radio out.

I would pass on the older NIS2 model and get the newer NIS15 model.

I don't think you can use the NIS without the Sat option.. let me do more research, it's been awhile since I've looked into radio equipment. (I'm learning how to paint, and body work right now hehe)

Just give me 20 bucks and I'll install your NIS for you. It isn't hard, just tricky to pull the radio out.

Edit: Unfortunately, there's no way to install nis on your radio without the SAT button. I had the similiar situation as you but my friend changed out his radio and I took his radio that was sat ready! It sucks because it's for the early 03's like us. I'll keep looking into it to see if I could figure something out, I wouldn't want to experiment on your radio so I'll test something out on mine.

Hey Choleaoum,

Any chance I could take you up on that offer to help with the install of the PAC system as well? Chance for a mini meet?

Lol! I'm down, I have a soldering iron now too! Josh inspired me to pick one up. My last install was converting a bose headunit to the non-bose headunit. It was a pain in the ***, but I have good vouches. If you could meet me up anytime this week it would be great I have to buy SPI Epoxy Primer which is running me about 150$ for a gallon w/ activator.

Really? because on MyG35Mods.com it says it wouldn't work.. and on my350z it said that too. But those were old topics, let me look into it.

On the USASPEC Site it says, "Notes: Must Have CAT Button" and do you have that button? If you have it I could install it with no problems.

also on the crutchfield.com site it says it fits my car and says:

Adapter plugs into the factory radio.
The factory radio must have a "RADIO" button.
Must not have factory Satellite radio tuner.

and of course I do have a RADIO button
