Alien looking gear indicator light

2006 g35 153k. I have no clue where to start. Steady on and no error codes. Starts and shifts perfect. Does not ever show what gear you are in.

Ticking time bomb or easy fix?

Can someone help me with this please? This is the transmission selector indicator light. No “D”, “N”, “R”, etc.

I saw that post, but I’m not having any of those issues. Everything runs perfectly, except for the weird indicator light.

Looks like a failed TN display, shouldn't be anything more than an inconvenience.
