I have a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment located in Santa Monica (7 blocks from the beach) and I am looking for a roommate to move in starting January (can move in right away if you need). Apartment has a balcony, small bar, fireplace, and plenty of closet space. The apartment is somewhere around 1100 sq ft. Parking is indoor and gated, lowered cars can make it in and out if you know what you are doing.

Your room has a bathroom connected to it as well as a walk in closet. Room is about 13' x 12', you could fit a queen size bed and a desk with room left over. I am asking $1075 for the room including utils, cable, internet(20 mbps), and water delivery service.
