Same here Rudy They gave me a hard time, they didnt think I was old enough to buy my FX and G .. but, I think the dude that i dealt with is no longer there. I think his name is James(Jim) Calamari??

My bad then guys, sorry you had bad experiences. Mike sold me my G and bent over backwards for me and Gonzo the service manager has always taken care of me. But clearly the bad experiences outnumber my experience. I've never been to Riverside Infiniti but always hear good things about them.

Hey Rudy, don't apologize for those bums. Maybe if your boy was workin' the floor at MV we probably would have bought both the QX and G coupe that day because we sure were ready to pull the trigger... That was until @$$ head reared his ugly face.

more on Mission Viejo:
I think that Calamari (sp?) guy was their internet sales manager. Back when I was ready to buy my coupe, I called down there asking about the available cars. I was told that the config I wanted was coming in soon, and that I could go down and put a deposit on it.
Well I drove from UCLA to MV one afternoon. Not a fun drive, esp given traffic, this was on a weekday. Finally get there, and they can't find the car that I was wanting. I even called as I got in my car to take the trip, and they were assuring me that the car was still available.
Classic bait and switch. I drove back, fighting traffic for another 3-4 hours. Thumbs down to those clowns.

That sucks guys, I know Mike got into a bad car accident after I bought my car there and was out for a few months. I don't know who took over the Internet Sales while he was gone but he's been back for a few months now so I am pretty sure he took over the internet sales again. The GM there is Vince Zanelli he has been really good to me to but maybe its because our shop is next door and we are neighboors. I hope things get better over there.
