Shop (in OC) to install brake pads for cheap....

What's up guys,

Let me know if any of you know of a shop in Orange County that will install brake pads for a decent price. I've purchased some Hawk HPS brake pads, and I need to have them installed soon (my brakes feel like they are wearing thin). The place I usually go to charges an arm and your first born son... and I really don't feel like giving Jarryd up this early in his life....

heheheh

Let me know if you could...

Thanks

Mark

Mark..why the hell can't you do it yourself? Easy job to do, unless you're gonna have to shave the rotors too. Takes about 20 minutes on the front. Takes longer if you help(j/k)

looks like you got a few volunteers Mark...I can help you too... I'll sit there with a glass of water and a towel for when you're done!

But seriously my uncle can do it for you. But I'd say go with Danny...Pasadena is worth the drive.

Some screeching is normal if you have Brembos. Why don't you guys look to verify you need to change your pads first. Especially those of you with aftermarket rims, you can clearly see the pad thickness w/o even taking off the wheel. You can see them through the OEM 18"s also.

Yup, I'd be willing to take a stab at it... if it's at someone's house and we have the right tools.... and of course, somebody there knows how to do it correctly/has done it on their own G.....

Let's make an install day out of this... brake pads (and I also need to install my Rogue Short Shifter too), springs, sway bars, whatever else people need to get done.... so who's volunteering their house for this???

If you guys are gonna be doing the brakes at home, I still strongly suggest taking your rotors somewhere to get machined.
