Can someone be generous enough to bring a camcorder to this event?
Thanks.

i'm going to be bringing my digital camera. it can take video's too. i've got 1gig worth of space on the camera so it can take about 80min of videos (if i don't take alot of high res. pictures at 6.1mp). the video formats are .mov in quicktime if that is ok. please make sure to remind me to bring it also...thanks.Originally Posted by Dizz

For those that are doing the dyno run ... here are some suggestions:
In the interest for consistancy across the board ... Reset your ECU sometime before hitting the dyno. You may do this before you go to bed the night before. You can do so by disconnecting the Negative Battery terminal (Blk) then touch that to the Positive terminal (red).
Also, for those that are planning on doing mixed power runs and 1/4 mile runs ... I would recommend no less than 2 power runs. Preferablly 3 measurements to tell you the truth. This is the only way to validate you've got some solid measurements in. It's not uncommon for the ECU to respond a little funny on a particular runs and you'd have no idea if you've only made one attempt. If the tests are conducted properly (hopefully they've got an OBD scanner that'll monitor coolant temp), all three runs should be within +/- 3% of eachother. My recommendation is to make 3 power pulls and have WOT toss in a complimentary 4th run for 1/4-mile time. (it ain't my shop
)
Good luck folks ... hope you all have a wonderful day w. wonderful results.
I'm going to try and make it to the show.
May the first FI blow up win ... j/k!
