does anyone in socal (san diego) know anything about mechtech motorsports or experienced anything with them. if i remember right they have been around for some time but ive never actually had any work, or knew anyone that has gotten any work done by them. so to who ever has heard of them are they pretty good compared to group 5 as far as quality of work? any input put would be cool.

Is that the shop located in Chula Vista area, which use to be in Miramar area. I did visit those guys couple months back to do my possible FI install. They seemed to be experienced with that type of work. Noticed they worked on alot of RX7's and Supras for Turbo install. They have worked on 350z's. Alot of their customers come down from L.A. Also they do have a dyno machine, but its still in the Miramar location. Since they moved, they are too far for me now. Seemed to be qualified for your Vortech install.

Yeah, your talking about Autotech Motorsports. They did move from miramar to the chula vista area. They did some work on my bros 3rd gen rx7 when they were in the mirmar area. Where you located at? My other option for the install is street image.

Yeah my bad, names of these shops sound alike. If you dont mind the drive up to Streetimage. They are definitely qualified. Talk to Eric if you decide with them. ... Im also in San Diego.

Wheels are 20" Iforged Evos high polished. Ordered a set of 20" DPE's RO7s with black centers. Already removed my Iforged and have my stocks back on. Hoping new wheels to arrive in a week or 2. My car sits till they get here. I may or may not sell my Iforged wheels. Noticed you also have a set of DPE's. ............. In the Mira Mesa area.

how much are you willing to sell your iforged wheels? i may be interested, yeah i have the R20s. shoot if i can sell my dpe's sell me your iforged. lolz yeah im also from mira mesa, ive never seen your car though. wow there will be total of 4 people now with dpe's in the san diego area if im correct. myself, my gf, my friend with a gs3, and now you. i thought you located up north somewhere.

My car is hardly driven, its got like only 1100 miles. Too many projects. Once I get my FI kit/installed then you'll see it more. Still debating on which, SSR/SFR TT kit, JWT or I may just wait for APS turbo to release for G35. Vortech is still possible. Once my DPE's are mounted, depends on how it looks, then will decide if to sell and price.

oh yeah forgot to mention in the previous post, can i interest you in a trade for the wheels plus some cash down? lol im rolling on my stocks as well. but man your car looks dope i was thinking about getting that kit or the greddy kit. what area of mira mesa are you from, id like to check out your car some time if thats cool with you...

why don't you guys ever come to the tuesday meets? there are tons of hooked up cars there, and many people to meet. we would love to have new people come out.

Sorry, tuesday nights is really not good for me right now. Need to change my schedule to make it. Andy/Bat and Derek/DSS invited me to show-up, but just have'nt been able to make it. My schedule will change in few weeks, so will definitely have time to kick-it with SD gtg group.
