thought i post here as well......

Montclair Infiniti won't do the front end squeak tsb because of the lowering springs.........the tsb clearly states the squeaking is the result of the radiator support brace rubbing on the frame........it's obvious they're using the springs as an excuse not to do this tsb...... inputs please as I'm returning loaner tomorrow...

 

they didn't say anything about my mods when i brought my car there. i've got the stechs and when i asked them to check my **** they did it without complaints. have you tried another dealer? i hear good things from Tustin by all them OC people. good luck

 

take it to Tustin... theyre the ish! if u want names of people to ask for PM me...

 

Yeah montclair sucks *****. I took my car there for an engine misfire and they would not help me or even tell me what was wrong they just blamed it on my Supercharger and charged me 95.00 to look at it. I fixed it myself with new plugs and re-set the ECU.

hehe, my dealer said the same thing regarding my rear deck rattle..."squeaks and rattles are now voided because you modified you suspension." he even had the nerve to say to me "if you want, you can call Infiniti of America and ask them, you want the number?" after callin I of A and telling them what happend, they promptly called my dealer and gave it to them. as i already know and confirmed thru I of A, those rattles are not a direct effect of the suspension and have to be honored as a warranty issue. i would imagine it to be true with your problem, and moreso that there is a known tsb on it.

 

Montclair is a Metro dealership. Those guys are almost as bad as Power....

googe......i was actually gonna bring that up with to the manager who denied the tsb, but when the s/writer didn't charge me for the oil change, he was cool, I said scr*w it cause i was bent on taking it to Tustin anyways.......besides, didn't want to educate the fool...

 

of course they're gonna check your ride........you intimidated them by just standing there with that cig in your month and another unlit one on your ear!

 

LOL yeah i threatened them with second-hand smoke....
