i know americas tire co. but any other shops in orange county wit good service and cheap price on 19s.

How about Costco? I'm not sure on prices for performance tires but I got my offroad tires there for my truck and it was pretty cheap.

The biggest selling tool for me was their FREE Lifetime balancing and rotation.
